Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from No Trash Coffee Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website or authorised sales channels within India. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out herein. The Company currently ships only within the territory of India and does not offer international shipping. All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfilment workflow and cannot be modified, re-routed, or cancelled. Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website or communicated at the time of purchase are indicative and are not guaranteed timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on serviceability of the destination pin code, courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from such events. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before order confirmation. Risk and title in the products pass to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Any loss arising due to incorrect or incomplete details, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient shall be the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, the Company reserves the right to recover reshipping, handling, and related charges before arranging any re-dispatch, and such re-dispatch will be subject to approval at our sole discretion. Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the package. Any visible damage or tampering should be reported to us within 48 hours by writing to customer@notrashcoffee.com along with relevant photographs and the order details. Failure to intimate within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim. The Company may use third-party logistics providers to fulfil deliveries, and any issues attributable to such providers shall be governed by their operational constraints; nevertheless, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution. We reserve the right to split shipments where necessary and this shall not entitle the customer to any additional claims or compensation. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from delays, loss in transit, or delivery failures. The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice, and the version published on our platforms at the time of purchase shall apply.
