Refund policy
This Returns and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made from No Trash Coffee Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website, applications, or any authorised sales channels within India.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
1. Applicability
This Policy applies to all products sold by the Company and delivered within the territory of India. We do not currently sell or ship outside India.
2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made from the Company are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed:

it cannot be cancelled,
-
it cannot be returned, and
-
it is not eligible for any refund, exchange, or replacement,
except where explicitly required under applicable law.
We maintain strict quality controls and product handling standards. Because our products fall under consumable goods, we do not accept returns once they have been sold.
3. No Order Cancellation
Orders, once placed, enter immediate processing through our fulfilment and logistics systems. Therefore, the Company does not permit cancellation or modification of orders after payment confirmation, including but not limited to:

change of address

change of items
-
change in quantity
-
postponement of delivery
Customers are requested to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch. In rare circumstances where you receive:

a physically damaged package,
-
a manufacturing defect, or
-
an incorrect item different from what was ordered,
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to customer@notrashcoffee.com with:

your order number,
-
clear photographs of the outer packaging,
-
photographs of the product, and
-
a description of the issue.
Failure to report within this time window may result in the request being declined. The Company reserves the sole right to determine the validity of the claim after review. Where the claim is verified, we may, at our discretion and subject to stock availability:

provide a replacement, or
-
offer another suitable resolution.
Under no circumstance will this be treated as a general return.
5. Non-Acceptance of Delivery
Refusal to accept delivery after dispatch does not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
Costs incurred towards shipping, handling, payment gateway charges, and logistics will be borne by the customer, and the Company reserves the right to recover such amounts.
6. Pricing Errors
In the event of incorrect pricing due to typographical or system errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount received. This shall be the sole exception to the no-refund rule.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
9. Right to Refuse Claims
We reserve the right to reject any complaint or claim that:

is incomplete,

is submitted beyond the allowed timeframe,

lacks adequate proof, or
-
appears fraudulent or abusive.
